Fitness became part of my life when I needed it most. In a season where I felt disconnected, movement helped me rebuild. Yoga was my starting point—it brought me back to myself and led me to become a certified Yoga Teacher.
But it was strength training that created lasting change. It taught me discipline, built my confidence, and reshaped how I saw myself.
